Mike and kelli marshall

With more than 15 years of experience in land use and development, Mike has been the brains behind an array of forced appreciation projects, ranging from obtaining  approval of subdivisions and office buildings to commercial changes of use and rezoning projects. He's also been instrumental in the creation of new zoning code and future land use plans affecting future development. Kelli, his better half, drives their business with her knack for numbers and systems, aligning perfectly with Mike's vision-first approach. They reside in North Texas with their three children and an energetic dog. Amid work, they enjoy watching their kids' sports activities and engaging in lively discussions about red wine. It's a life they cherish and fully embrace!​
