Seems crazy, but proposed legislation in California (SB9) if passed would allow for up to 8 homes on an existing single family lot. Here’s how it would work….
The way the law works is that a city or county would be able to approve up to 8 but would not be required to. However, they would be required to approve at least 4 of those 8 units.
What do you all think about this?
Would you want one of these as an investment property?
