Check out this potential subdivision project we are looking at. The property is surrounded by the tree line in the foreground. There are many types of subdivisions, some for recreational users and then there are ones like this one. This one would definitely be for large lot residential development. How do I know this? Check out the residential development down the road and at the top of the screen. This is why I like this one. Working on the fringes of the developed areas can be very profitable.

Here is a potential subdivide I am looking at. This would only be for 3 lots but I wanted to share with you a couple reasons I like it. First off, there is residential development nearby which tells me that I may have better demand than a similar sized lot in a much more rural area. The other reason I like it is because of the large amount of linear frontage onto a county road. Makes subdivides much easier!
