Do you find your niche or does your niche find you? Go!
Here is a potential subdivide I am looking at. This would only be for 3 lots but I wanted to share with you a couple reasons I like it. First off, there is residential development nearby which tells me that I may have better demand than a similar sized lot in a much more rural area. The other reason I like it is because of the large amount of linear frontage onto a county road. Makes subdivides much easier!
