Today was a great day for one of our partners that, with our help, was able to get a multifamily project approved and completely entitled. During the process they were able to identify a developer who was interested in purchasing and building out the project. This is a perfect example of what can be done with the Entitle and Flip strategy. This investor was able to find an underutilized property that had a single family home on it but was zoned for multifamily development. The lease term concluded during the entitlement process clearing the way for future development by the buyer.
